Family Support Specialist with the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN)

Linda Cartwright is a Family Support Specialist with the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN).  Linda brings a combined perspective of parent and professional, having navigated the special education system as an advocate for her son with Down syndrome, and working for the Bureau of Special Education to provide support and resources to families and educational professionals. Her current areas of focus are Family Engagement and FAMILIES TO THE MAX: The Pennsylvania Statewide Family Network.
