Jenna Monley is the Executive Director for the Office of Family and Community Engagement (FACE) within The School District of Philadelphia. In early 2016, after serving the District for over 10 years in various leadership roles, she accepted the role of Executive Director of the FACE Office. Through her various roles in the District over the past decade, she has gained valuable practice with and perspectives about program development and implementation. Jenna immediately undertook an ambitious re-organization of the entire office.

Under her leadership, the FACE office has transformed its services and programs to over 220 low-income urban public schools. She completely re-branded the office and its work, leading to increased turnout at District-level workshops and an overall higher focus on family engagement in the District. The FACE Office team consist of over 50 district employees and supports the work of over 95 school-based staff. As the leader, she's knows that it takes a strong team to make real change happen in a large urban school district. Her focus is on building a team of leaders that are passionate about family engagement and dedicated to serving our school communities.
